Works closely with the internal Softchoice sales, marketing, accounting and purchasing departments to ensure customer licensing needs are fulfilled, documented, tracked and forwarded to partner vendors for processing. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process all contracts through the vendor Process all contractual licensing/media orders and communicating order progress to the sales field Process contractual credits and re-bills Maintain Publisher scorecards and EDI compliancy Partner with publishers to ensure operational and licensing changes are incorporated Issue resolution regarding invoicing and licensing System Auditing - ensuring the balance of licensing inventory and ensure appropriate licenses are purchased QUALIFICATIONS: Completed post-secondary diploma or degree Experience in software licensing administration Knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs a strong asset Effective communicator with strong organization and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with effective troubleshooting ability Detailed oriented with multi-tasking capabilities Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced sales environment Ability to understand and interpret legal terms (e.g. Microsoft Contracts) Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel We thank you in advance for your application!
